Project Development and Engineering (PD&E) employees are a team of dedicated architects, engineers, and construction professionals that assists the campus community with new construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects. Our Project Managers guide university departments through the entire project lifecycle, by providing comprehensive planning, design, and construction standard, ensuring that the University receives the highest quality facilities on time and within budget.
Our project managers are responsible for procurement activities associated with the project, project design, budgetary estimates, construction activates, and on-site monitoring. All aspects of the project are coordinated between the university customer and the project manager while acting as a liaison between contractors, Architectural and Engineering services, University departments, and regulating jurisdictions.
