Facilities and Services Employee Fund

This fund has been set up by the Facilities and Services Internal Advisory Committee which consist of members from every shop and/or department in Facilities and Services. At this time, contributions from this fund will support sending a card, when requested, to a family member of the deceased. This request must be made to one of the Internal Advisory Committee members by the employee or to his/her supervisor.

 

Facilities and Services Employee Current Use Scholarship

Glen Haubold, retired AVP of Facilities and Services, and Suzanne Montes established this scholarship to support Facilities and Services employees who are attending college and can use some assistance for books, tuition, supplies, etc.

Are you currently taking 3 or more credits as an undergraduate student at New Mexico State University and an employee at Facilities and Services?  If yes, please send an email to sumolina@nmsu.edu with your name and Aggie ID to verify that you meet the requirements for the Facilities and Services Employee Scholarship.  In order to qualify for the scholarship, you’ll need to have a current application on file for Scholar Dollar$.  Please visit the Scholar Dollar$ website https://scholarships.nmsu.edu/ to submit an application.

Fred M. Waid Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is limited to children of Facilities and Services employees. Preference is for a freshman and if none are submitted then sophomore and so on. The salary of the employee is also considered when awarding this scholarship. In order to qualify for the scholarship, you’ll need to have a current application on file for Scholar Dollar$.  Please visit the Scholar Dollar$ website https://scholarships.nmsu.edu/ to submit an application.

Ways to Contribute

The success of each fund is based solely on employee contributions. Your contributions will sustain the award program for years to come. There are three ways to contribute to the fund.

Contributions are withheld by way of payroll deduction. The minimum contribution is $2.50 per pay period.

The minimum contribution is $5.00.
